Cancellation, Returns & Exchange Policy
At HOUSE OF DARJII, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail and individuality. As a result, our policies are designed to maintain the integrity of our garments while ensuring a seamless experience for you.
Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order in rare circumstances, including stock limitations, pricing discrepancies, or payment verification concerns. Should this occur, you will be informed promptly and any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Prepaid orders are generally not eligible for cancellation. In exceptional situations, cancellations may be considered at our discretion and issued strictly as store credit.
For select orders, a small confirmation amount may be required. Orders may be released if this is not completed.
Shipping & Delivery
Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within our operational timelines.
- Delivery: 3–12 business days
- Fully insured & trackable shipments
- Signature required upon delivery
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared. We request customers to coordinate directly with the courier partner for delivery updates.
Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders
Our custom pieces are tailored with precision.
- Measurements must be shared within 24 hours of placing the order
- In the absence of details, standard sizing will be applied
As these garments are created exclusively for you, custom orders are not eligible for exchange, unless there is a significant sizing discrepancy.
Exchanges & Replacements
We accept exchange or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- A defective product
- Incorrect item or size received
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with relevant images and an unboxing video.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact
A Note on Craftsmanship
Every HOUSE OF DARJII piece is handcrafted. Subtle variations in color, texture, or finish are a natural reflection of artisanal work and not considered defects.
Slight differences (up to 10–12%) between images and actual products may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Size Exchanges (Standard Sizes Only)
For standard size orders:
- Exchanges are considered only if the delivered size significantly differs from our size chart
- Minor alterations are recommended to be handled locally
Customers are requested to ship the garment back to us. Once received and approved after quality check, the replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 working days, subject to availability.
Only one exchange per order is permitted.
Returns & Store Credit
Approved returns are issued exclusively as store credit, valid for future purchases.
- Processed within 7 working days after quality approval
- A 20% handling fee is applicable to cover processing and restocking
